Recently Diemon Dave took a 90 day challenge that involved drinking shakes 2 times per day. Somebody came up to him in the trailer park one day and gave him one of these shakes and told him that it would make him feel like a brand new ninjy if he would drink them 2 times a day for 90 days. So that is what he did. Wouldn’t you know it that person was right? Now he wants to spread this feeling to everyone by getting them to do a 90 day challenge along with him. He is fixing to start another one with a different goal in mind.

Anyway, all us people that are close to him decided we was gonna do a weight loss intervention on Diemon Dave.

The only problem is, we ain’t quite sure how the best way ta go about it is.

That’s why we decided ta reach out to all of his fans for help!

We need yer ideas on how Diemon Dave can lose weight fast so he will be ready to get them new Diemon Dave Ninja Teachin Flicks ready ta come out on time.

If he don’t lose no weight then he ain’t gonna shoot no videas, and people won’t be able ta get the proper Ninjy Trainin they need ta keep they trailer park safe.

What we need yuns ta do is leave us some comments below and let us know what some good ways are for Diemon Dave to lose belly fat.

Steps For Doing a Judy Chop

The Judy Chop is one of the most important beginner moves that Diemon Dave teaches here at the Ninja School. As he demonstrates above, this is not the easiest move to pull off. However, it is very effective if you have some feller walkin’ up on you in trailer park and you need to be able to defend ye’ self. Here are the steps that you will need to take in order to pull off a proper Judy Chop.

1.) The first thang you gotta do is make sure you start out in a proper Judy stance. Ye’ cain’t be Judyin’ nothin’ if ye’ ain’t in the right stance to start out with.

2.) The next thang you wanna do when you’s a doin’ the Judy Chop is make sure that when you’s a bringin’ yer hand forward it’s at the proper angle. Now, the angle that’s the most effective to use if you really wanna knock a feller off his feet is a 37 degree angle. If you can bring ye’ hand down at exactly a 37 degree angle then you a be able to get enough velocity for step number 3.

3.) This step is very importan’ if you won’t ye’ Judy Chop ta be a good’n. Whatcha gotta do is take the velocity that you got from step number 2 and use it to initiate the contact of the Judy with the feller you’s a puttin’ it on. When you’s a doin’ this step make sure that ye’ hand starts to flatten out a little bit so that it’ll be like a knife and cut right through the feller you’s a havin’ a confrontation with.

4.) The next thang ya gotta do is begin ye’ folla through. There ain’t a ninja move out there that’s any good without a folla through. Now, what Ima fixin’ ta tell ye’ is one of the most important parts of the Judy Chop, so make sure to read carefully. When you’s a doin the folla through ya gotta be ‘a makin’ ye’ Ninjy face at the same time. If ya don’t know what a Ninjy face looks like then take a look at mine in the picture above.

This is one Diemon Dave video that is known across the world. What started as a lesson on how to defend yourself in the trailer park has become a Kung-Fu Hillbilly training video.
